The flight back (1 Comment)
Suddenly he stopped the car and looked directly into my eyes.
No one can lie, no one can hide anything, when he looks directly into someone’s eyes. And any woman with the least bit of sensitivity can read the eyes of a man in love.
I wonder. How does the eyes of a man in love look like?
Backlog! UGH~ I hate it when this happens.
The flight back was a pain. The service of the airline from Detroit to Japan (and then to Manila) was crap. >_> Being back in Manila felt like I’m back in hell. Okay, “hell” is an exaggeration. It’s just that the people I’ve encountered in the airports of Detroit, Virginia, and Florida are respectful. But here in Manila? Geebuz~ Staff aren’t that friendly to foreigners. They shout when they speak in English. Obviously, they’re poor in that language. They shouldn’t be working there. ~_~ People also keep blocking the way especially the romp in the pick-up area. When we saw our ride, I went ahead of my family and asked the people if they can kindly move. There was even an old man in a wheelchair. I wouldn’t want to think what could happen if someone accidentally pushed him to the driveway.
My parents had a small fight with an old couple (prolly). When they were asked not to block the way, they got mad. My Dad asked them, “Did you go to school? You can see for yourself that you’re in the way!” The two went quiet. Two security guards were telling my Mom to calm down. My Mom said they should do something about those people. In other words, DO THEIR JOB. One of ‘em security asked what happened. My Mom and I explained then that person goes, “You should tell them that yourselves.” I WANTED TO SEE HIS BOSS, SO I CAN ASK FOR THAT MOTHERFUCKING IDIOT TO BE FIRED. He doesn’t have to work there if he can’t do his fucking job. @$$wipe. >_<
I went to work right away after that weekend. Boss Atty. was so surprised I was already in the office. She thought I won’t be back until the 10th. *lol* The days in the office felt slow since the year started. I have a lot of pending work and I haven’t gotten around to 90% of them. XDDD;

Sayonara, 2008! (5 Comments)
That is why I write to try to turn sadness into longing, solitude into remembrance.
I didn’t think that in just one year too many things can happen — those that I won’t forget and will eventually forget. *lol* Both made an impact in my life. Those I want to forget, well, I’m just saying that. The possibility of forgetting is slim unless the better things already come. By then it wouldn’t be impossible. ^_~

I gots teh cough ;_; (0 Comments)
Having a sore throat on a vacation is shit. My Mom and I bought Theraflu for severe colds and cough. I am hoping for a quick, miraculous effect. *lol* Yesterday morning we went to mass. Theraflu seems to give this “high” effect, so I tried to keep myself from sitting like a drunkard. I don’t know if I hallucinated, but I saw a guy who looks so much like Nick Hexum. *_* The girl with him has big boobies. Gad! *_* Anyway, that was the first time I went to a mass here that has singing involved.

Moving on…
The day after the pier we spent it with Lolo bear, but we only went out to check Circuit City and Best Buy. I found a good iPod touch deal at Circuit City — $296.99 + free $80 worth of accessories. We went there, I was excited, but the saleslady there told me that the leather case wasn’t available. My Mom asked if we could get a different one of the same amount. The saleslady said no. Then my brother and Mom told me I should buy at Virginia, so I could still get all the freebies. I was alright with not getting the case. I changed my mind eventually because I was getting annoyed. Mom starts asking WHY. What the-? When we got to Best Buy, as much as I wanted to request for them to beat Circuit City’s promo, they ran out of 16GB iPod Touch. I asked Lolo bear if we could drop by Circuit City again. He was cool with it.
The effect of my syrup is kicking in, so I might as well stop for now before I start failing my English. >_>
Oh, we’ll be going to Virginia and I’m not much excited because of the COLD. I hope I don’t get a fever. *crosses fingers*

Losing sunglasses suck (4 Comments)
I haven’t been this tired in so long. It doesn’t even compare to after our flight here. ~_~ Deep slumber is good though as it makes me less zombie-looking when I wake up.
Dec. 18, we visited The Pier at St. Petersburg. I think going there took an hour of no-traffic drive at the freeway. D: The place is great. Aside from the awesome cars I’ve seen, there are cool bikes, trolleys, calm and blue water, and lots of birds (different kinds at that). If I live here, I would be hanging out here. It would be like hanging at Baywalk only 1,000,000x better. (Because, first and foremost, the water doesn’t have a foul smell.) *rofl*

Good weather is good

Uhh, Sunshine Bridge?

Shopping and to the beach (4 Comments)
The highlight of our second day here in Florida — I DROPPED MY V9 ON CEMENTED GROUND. @_@;;; That kinda broke my heart. *lol* Second highlight — getting pulled over by a hot cop. *roflmao*

With lola and Maruya~

TJ Maxx
Anyway, spent the morning plurking, downloading vids, and listening to the news since grandpa fell asleep. Then we went out in the afternoon. We went to TJ Maxx where I almost bought a Nine West bag. I had to stop myself by going to Dollar Tree. *lol* Then we headed to SAKS and MACY’s. Gawd, SAKS will drill a hole in my wallet and probably my cc even with their Christmas sale. ~_~ Macy’s, on the other hand, dropped down their prices. My Dad was able to buy a $30 suit that was originally $180. O_O I did my shopping in Victoria’s Secret though. I dragged my brother to help me choose colors and designs. *roflmao* I bet it was really weird for him. XDDD;
Brother: Why are you so concerned about the design? Is someone going to see ‘em?
Me: Uhh… XDDD Maybe?
WTF *roflmao*
