    Virtual Traveling

I was already thinking of when and where to go next while still on vacation last December. My being undecided became a good thing because of the sudden lockdown and, obviously, flight cancelations. Nothing for me to worry over, thankfully. Now, I just wonder when we can travel again. I’m sure things will be different after this. Anyway, nothing we can do with the lockdown, but that’s not going to stop us from “traveling.” I mean, virtual traveling from the comforts of our home, room, or bed. πŸ˜› The following websites offer free high definition and interactive exploration of museums, heritage sites, and cities, to name a few. Google Arts…

    Morocco Holidays

I know it’s not the best time to publish a travel post during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, but I meant to do this to document and as a reference for others. These are difficult times. Yet, let’s not lose hope, and don’t be afraid to reach out if you need to. πŸ™‚ Stay at home, if possible, to help flatten the curve. Do it for your loved ones and the people around you. Morocco I didn’t expect I’d travel to Morocco (last year). Our initial plan required us to get two visas, and the agencies I talked with weren’t helpful as much. A friend suggested Morocco because Philippine…

Less than a day in Sagada

This post has been in my drafts for so long. Hopefully, anything I share here will still be of help when you go to Sagada. πŸ™‚ Late of last year, I went on an out of the country vacation, but I still felt burnt out. (It must have been too short. LOL!) So I asked my boyfriend we go out on a weekend for a change of environment and to relieve some work-related stress. He suggested Sagada as he was also offered a free trip there. I said I want somewhere I can relax, but what happened was far from it. But of course, a trip’s outcome depends on how…

    Carry-on bag and makeup kit

Hello, everyone! I should have posted this before the National Scale Model Competition post, but I had to put that up that before the event ends. Anyway, I’m back from the India trip! I returned more than a week ago with lots of photos and videos to share (but I gotta edit ’em first T_T). For now, I want to show you my travel essentials or what’s in my carry-on bag. I tried to bring as minimum as possible because I’d hate to be moving around airports–even if there are airport trolleys–and going through scanners with a heavy bag. With the number of times I’ve traveled, I’ve learned there will…

So here’s my late New Year’s post

I made myself busy in the first two weeks this month and made the most of the long weekend. I made sure to start my year being productive (not too much for work though). I deliberately put off this blog post. πŸ˜› But I don’t think I can blog anything else until I have this up. So, yeah, my New Year’s was good. Though I was a little sad not to be able to watch the fireworks with the boyfran, I still had a good time with the family. It was spent at home again this year and with my grandma. We had raclette, bottles of wine, I played Monopoly…
