Sleep, rain?, and albums I’ve listened to lately (0 Comments)
*sighs* It’s hard to think of what to blog ever since I started PLURKing. D: Alright, I’ll try to squeeze out of the deepest parts of my brain all that has happened to me lately. *lol*
My sleeping time has gone weird. I have a huge feeling it’s the antibiotics I took last week. I had a visit to the doctor last week to have my CBT checked. First, she asked me if I was on a diet because I lack at some nutrients (? Sorry, I don’t know the right terms for this). I told her no and that I eat regularly. Sometimes more than I should. *lol* I told her it could be that I sometimes sleep very late. Then she discovered something (that I can’t disclose here). She prescribed antibiotics and they (including my Mom) had to let me take the cervical cancer immunization to be sure. D: Back to my sleeping habits… When I started taking the antibiotics, I always fell asleep after dinner or around 9PM. Then I would wake up by 12MN. I would fall asleep again few minutes later and wake up by 4AM. I try to go back to sleep, so I could wake up at the right time — at least 7AM or 8AM. 4AM’s too bloody early! But I couldn’t, so the cycle went on. Last night, I tried to keep myself up. Also because the bandmates were here. When they left, I was so sleepy! But I had to wait for bf to arrive home and buy me Sun prepaid load. XD; I also had to finish a write-up (that I’m afraid to check now because I feel there will be a LOT of grammar fail!). All those were done, so I was able to sleep when I wanted to with less worries even. I had a very decent sleep.
I thought this week will be rainy. When I went to Mac’s early this week, it rained so hard that I was literally dripping wet when I got to his place. D: The umbrella was useless! I was afraid the strong rain would go on until late, but I’m glad it didn’t. I was able to go home with still wet clothes. Shivering even while I walked. *lol* Now the storms have gone away. It’s all sunny and bright outside. UGH~ I prefer the rainy over the heat! Welll, I guess this is fine since we have a gig tonight. Hard to go out with the instruments when it’s raining. I can’t let my guitar get wet. *humps her PRS* XDDD Speaking of the gig, I shall pimp it out at some sites later other than my blog. Fufufu~

Results of my previous ‘poll’ (2 Comments)
Thank you to the ladies who answered question about the 2 pendants. Here are the number of votes! I even counted the votes of those who couldn’t make up their mind. ^_^V So if you said you find them both pretty, then that would count as voting for both.
Pendants + charms = 3 votes
WK116 = 2 votes
I only know of the price of WK116. Must ask about the pendant with charms. ^_^ I still need more votes to help me make up my mind. *lol*
Rain is gay!?
Of course I kid. XDDD

Tarantino takes pedicab (1 Comment)
*lol at this news*
Tarantino takes pedicab in Manila floods
MANILA, Philippines – Quentin Tarantino was forced to hop into a pedicab to escape gridlock on flooded Manila streets Wednesday as he made his way to the presidential palace to receive a film award.
Tarantino’s limousine had been stuck in traffic for about 2 1/2 hours on a bridge close to Malacanang palace when Filipino filmmaker Amable “Tikoy” Aguiluz suggested they take separate pedicabs (cycle rickshaws).
About 15 minutes later, they reached a street corner near the palace gates where a car picked them up, Tarantino said.
“It was a lot of fun. It’s the way it is, I guess. … It was wild,” he told reporters. “No worries. I’ve done more serious things than that.”
Tarantino was 40 minutes late for the ceremony but 30 minutes ahead of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
Pounding rain from Typhoon Sepat flooded parts of metropolitan Manila, prompting authorities to suspend classes, briefly stopping a commuter train and slowing Arroyo’s convoy.
Tarantino, director of “Pulp Fiction” and the “Kill Bill” movies, wore a traditional Filipino formal shirt and sandals.
He was handed size-13 black leather shoes because sandals and rubber shoes aren’t allowed inside the palace during presidential ceremonies, said a staff member of the National Commission on Culture and Arts.
Tarantino, 44, was among three Lifetime Achievement award winners in the 9th Cinemanila, a film festival featuring foreign and local movies.
He is writing a book about Philippine films, particularly the horror and action movies he saw in his youth. -Y! News
It was probably a funny and exciting experience for him. Like my first time riding a boat on Pasig River. *lol* The pedicab driver would have been elated if he knew Tarantino. Well, if he knew him then he’s lucky. :DDD
Here’s another picture ^_^ :

And other pictures of typhoon Sepat:

This is in Makati X_X
There are no classes today again even though the weather’s kind of looking good. Time for quizzes then will probably upload more pics in my Multiply account or make a layout for it. ^_^

It rained then it stopped (0 Comments)
I’m late in announcing this. Quentin Tarantino is in the Philippines for the 9th Cinemanila International Film Festival. He was given a lifetime achievement award. He gave a seminar last August 11 which I thought was on the 14th. XP Darnit. I even put it in my Google Calendar. Lesson learned: not to check Google Calendar when you’re very sleepy still.
I so want this:
Motorola RAZR2 is sleek and its features are just awesome. I am curious about the touch screen on the front. The selling price now is quite too much for me. I’ll wait until it gets cheaper.
All school levels are suspended today like last week’s.

Will I be able to go out? (0 Comments)
*gah* XP The weather’s so bad I wonder if I’ll be able to go out later. I have a dentist appointment by 9AM and I really, seriously have to go to school after lunch. ^^; The people’s prayers last Sunday should have been clear — that they want adequate rain everyday.
Ah well, seeing this just lifts my mood:
Seems like the happy and angry faces are interchangeable. Plus, there are those interchangeable hands with water pistol or ice cream. Kyaa~ So cool! I ♥ you, Yotsuba-chan! ^_~
Today’s one of those rare days that I wake up early without an alarm. You know what woke me up? –> YAOI <– *lol* I had this dream that I was reading yaoi scans. I guess it’s because I uploaded a few before I went to sleep. The last thing I remember was thinking what I should read next… I think. ^_^V Well, you know it’s kind of hard to remember dreams.
