Sunday dream and shoot + Aunt’s sweet reply (1 Comment)

I had this super weird dream about me and my Mother in a car crash. We were going so fast along EDSA. I’m not sure who drove. Both of us were alive thankfully except we had deep wounds. In spite of that, we weren’t in any pain. That’s the first weird thing. Second, I was carrying a baby. I held him as if he was my own. Maybe so, but I have no idea. The weirdest in this weird dream was that the baby was licking my wounds. Babies’ saliva can heal — that was said in the dream. I woke up with that thought. The rest of the day felt weird then.

Marco, Maru, and I did a last-minute plan to shoot on Sunday night. Well, it wasn’t actually last minute since I’ve invited friends. Only that Google Wave doesn’t seem to be serving its purpose for them. *lol* Jan and Marco were the only ones game, but Jan backed out at the last minute. Good thing Maru joined in or the tenshun would have increased between me and Marco if only the two of us pushed through. *rofl* XDDD

The shoot was at the park behind the Makati Stock Exchange. I like the lights on the trees. They also have Christmas-themed wind vanes. There should be a morning shoot because my night shots might be disastrous. I want great detailed shots of those wind vanes. :)

This should be in a different post, but I might forget. Remember the bracelet my Aunt gave me? I emailed to thank her on the morning after I received it. This is a part of her reply:

I am happy that you liked the bracelet. How are things with you? I’ve heard that you are nurturing a broken heart…that is fine! God knows who is the right guy for you and the ones you are meeting now are just his instrument to learn from in preparation for the best one:) Take your time…empower yourself, love yourself and shine again so that you will attract the best ones. So be happy, the future will always be better! I am always right in this matter!

Sometimes, I can’t take her replies. Not that they’re bad. I’m not used to reading such especially when it’s about me. ^_^V

I am sure she’s right in that matter. I remember that she used to date a guy who suddenly went abroad. Later on, she met the guy she married. She now has two beautiful boys. One of who was thought to be my son. *lol*

Celebration/s in August and October (3 Comments)

I’m trying not to post any drama tonight.

Probably later. XD;;; Anyway, birthday celebration pictures of me and my Father are finally uploaded in my Flickr. If you don’t know yet, August 12’s my birthday. I must say that my celebration is the best I had in years. Thanks so much to my family, friends, and Dad. *sniffs* Right before my birthday, I spent some time with Dad. I dunno if I blogged that before. Hmm, well, moving on… We spent some time then went to a wake on the eve of my birthday. =_= Night of August 12 was spent with the family at Handlebar. We headed there because I found out that CBI would be playing. I was worried whether or not the food would be good and if I could afford it.

(This will ruin my xhtml validity. Ugh~ I hope not.)

Bro’s graduation (1 Comment)

Legs are still a bit wobbly due to the ultimate alay-lakad (something like a walk-for-a-cause to those who don’t understand the language) last Thursday. There were also long walks last Saturday and Sunday, so -.- Gonna blog about the reason behind the wobbly legs next. That was really something. *lol*

I took the half day off at work to attend brother’s graduation last month. Dad picked me up. ^_^ There was hardly any time for me to shower. Also, choosing what to wear takes me time. XD; The ticket said the attire is semi-formal, but I went looking like some missing party school gal. *lol*

We arrived in PICC just in time. It’s still the same like my graduation before. Still no one from our department came. They’d rather party and drink than suffer boredom. LULz~

Family pic :3

There was already a long line to get inside PICC. Securities were checking bags for water (and probably food) since it’s not allowed inside the premises. I complained without knowing my former professor was behind me. I was slightly making a scene, but jokingly. He told me I’m still the same. XD; Then he whispered if I had water with me because he will get it in. *lol* Well, I had no water yet I complained. HAHA~ I’m weird like that.

The funniest thing that happened was:

*lol*

Whatever happened after that I’m not sure because I watched Knocked Up in my iPod and napped. Mom only woke me up to take a picture of Maru when he got up on stage. I sat with honors’ parents since that had the best view. Then a security told me to go away. We all know that it’s best not to irritate those who just woke up. I tried my best to talk nicely, but… >_>

After the ceremony, we headed to Kikufuji for dinner celebration. I ordered so much as if I hadn’t eaten in ages. XD; More pictures from the graduation are uploaded here.

Late post is late lulz~ (0 Comments)

WTF. I didn’t know I still had this in my drafts! This was around the weekend after Dec. 3. Publishing this since I pity my braincells that worked on this and for the lulz~ >_>

For some reason, I felt happy yesterday. Probably because I can afford to buy bottles and bottles of beer again. *lol* I thought I was going to get the free pulutan, but I was too late. That means I have a fuckin’ LOT of things to bring home later. ~_~

So boss attorney was out for the whole day and I worked on ARISE (trying to come up with recommendations and probably additional projects for M1), the complaint of Philippines Clean Air Foundation, and the WB reimbursements while soundtripping. It’s hard to concentrate when I soundtrip as I get the urge to play the guitar. Since I don’t have a guitar at work, I always end looking at Pasig River. ^_^VVV

Haven’t gone out much lately. Last was the Lomolov3d, but meh~ I wasn’t feeling well that time. I felt like puking. But due to empty stomach, I had to keep myself from doing so. My loves kept texting me the whole night asking me to go home already. I was afraid what happened at Jaipur will happen again. I’m glad it didn’t. -_- Oh, I also had family dinner last Sunday at Marina as post-celebration of my Mom’s birthday. Ate lots to make up for hardly eating anything the day before. We had crabs, fried crablets, bucket of steamed mussels, inihaw na pusit, pork sisig, and fresh lumpia. I can’t forget the waiter who, I think, tried to get me drunk. >_> I haven’t even reached half of my bottle and he’s already asking me if I wanna order another. Is there a word ‘alcoholic’ plastered on my face? ~_~

After dinner, ‘rents went to Red Ribbon while me and my brother talked about the GI Rasta headphones. He said he saw one at Park Square. I planned on buying it in Florida, but I was too excited. We checked it out then my cc got swiped again. This is the last purchase of the month as I totally maxed out my cc.

Excuse the mess.

I think I used my cc again after the Skullcandy purchase. I forgot what I bought though. *lol* Oh man, I miss working on ARISE…

NOT.

I dunno when Jaja and I will be able to finish that damn thing especially that climate change work was dumped on me and the World Bank mission for it is already NEXT WEEK. WTF. *deadorz*

Universal Orlando – Part 1 (0 Comments)

Thank you to the following who sent me Happy New Year messages. Some of which I didn’t expect:
Jan
Asel
Erick
Mark
Asel
Angel
Baby

These aren’t prolly all as I may have accidentally deleted some messages or Globe ate ‘em. :P I’m sorry if I didn’t get to reply. I was in a place were sending text messages would cost me a fortune. *rofl*

Let’s get back to that US trip, shall we? This is gonna be long. :P December 20, 2008 = UNIVERSAL ORLANDO. w00t! It was a bit of a long ride. Imagine 2 hours of no traffic along the freeway. XD;;; My Dad wanted me to drive, but I said no. I think I barely had any sleep the night before because I watched a few episodes of Zettai Kareshi. I also think they’re stricter in FL with traffic regulations than in any state I’ve been to. >_>

Losing sunglasses suck (4 Comments)

I haven’t been this tired in so long. It doesn’t even compare to after our flight here. ~_~ Deep slumber is good though as it makes me less zombie-looking when I wake up. :P

Dec. 18, we visited The Pier at St. Petersburg. I think going there took an hour of no-traffic drive at the freeway. D: The place is great. Aside from the awesome cars I’ve seen, there are cool bikes, trolleys, calm and blue water, and lots of birds (different kinds at that). If I live here, I would be hanging out here. It would be like hanging at Baywalk only 1,000,000x better. (Because, first and foremost, the water doesn’t have a foul smell.) *rofl*

Good weather is good
