Goodies I got last weekend

My Dad got back from the US last Friday night and there was the Toy Con during the weekend. You know what that means. XD; Here’s what I got from my Dad and Aunt. 🙂

The Clinique set is from my Dad while the Lancome L’Absolu Rouge lipsticks are from my Aunt. I shall give an in-depth post about them here hopefully soon. Getting these makeup on a Saturday morning was a good start for my day. That actually got me off the bed… And to the office in the afternoon instead of the Toy Con. >_> I missed meeting up with Kat. There was also a bartending gig from Ryan that I wanted to attend. I bailed out from it before I found out it got canceled. Being asked to go to the office was either a sign that plans were to change or so that my afternoon won’t be empty. You see, that night, Jan and I had drinking plans. It also got canceled. What I thought wouldn’t happen had happened instead. 🙂

On Sunday I went to the Toy Con. I don’t usually go to such conventions because it’s my way to keep myself from spending. But I _needed_ to go because of a Pinky:st. sale and I saw the Kuromi.

I’ll take pictures of the toy as soon as the weather is better.

That was my only purchase supposedly until Rotch showed me this:

😀 I used the bag yesterday and I ♥ that it can fit a lot of my stuff including my umbrella.

I’m sure I spent lesser than most of the folks who went to the con.

Since I got to use my Dad to take pictures of those goodies, I played with it more by taking pictures of my doggie. I still have to get the hang of it as well as read its manual.

I’m thinking if I should invest in a GF2 too, wait until my Dad gets tired of his, or buy an LX5. Decisions, decisions, GAS… 😛
