Good Monday morning, everyone! 🙂 Of course, I have the usual reason why I haven’t blogged and my supposed daily throwback in the US 2013 posts were delayed. But before that, I want to say that I feel relieved that I could get some rest days this week in spite of the actual reason why there’s a long non-working holiday. I plan on playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, while enduring the warmer summer days. It’s been known that the Holy Week is really warm.
So on the point of this post — Last March 7, 2013, my Mom and I went to The National Mall to visit some museums. A day won’t be enough to see all and since I’ve been to a few years before then, we only went to the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum & the United States Botanic Garden Conservatory.
We had a quick stop at Best Buy and saw these machines I wanted so badly. T_T
Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum
I don’t remember if I took photos inside the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum with an actual camera, but I haven’t seen them yet.
It was a very long walk from the museum to the garden conservatory.
United States Botanic Garden Conservatory
I chose the conservatory because my mom likes flowers and plants.
See my United States Botanic Garden Conservatory Flickr album here.
Now I find the photos in the museum and The National Mall. I should have searched better before I posted. 😐
The United States Botanical Garden Conservatory and National Garden is open daily from 10am to 5pm. They have exhibits and parks. They’re best to visit during the warmer season when the National Garden is open. I missed it, so I didn’t get photos of roses, which would have made good photos. 😛 You can get more information in their website — https://www.usbg.gov/, so you could consider including them in your itinerary. 🙂
As for the museum, I’ll give details once I get those pictures I thought were buried deep under files uploaded.
Okay, time to work, work, work!
