A bit about about me and what happened

I didn’t get to blog about this because it was too sudden, but I did Plurk about it. ^_^
Before I go on about what happened, let me give you a short background on what I do.
I manage land property. Sorry if that isn’t the right term, but I’m sure you get what I mean. Anyway, there are 2 lots in Alfonso that I manage. Owners live abroad, so they will need someone to handle the paperwork and managing for them. I’m supposed to work on the landscape architecture, but being clueless about that, I haven’t gotten around it. *lol* I have to do a bit of research. The other property is in El Nido, Palawan. Once I settle things with that like figuring out where to start since I haven’t heard from the other land owner, I’m hoping to get some time to go there. ^_^ Maybe I will open a resort or build a rest house there. *lol* Easier said than done. ^_^V What I do is kind of easy. I do them at my own pace, but it gets boring most of the time that I end up doing nothing at all. XDDD;
The meeting earlier was actually an interview of sorts. It was at Almec, an Urban Planning and Transport Engineering firm. I was only informed yesterday regarding this. I was surprised because I didn’t know they had my CV. Considering on what they do, it was a bit hard to think what I can do for them since I am, in fact, a Sanitary Engineer (I graduated BS Environmental & Sanitary Engineering). :/ But that’s one of the reasons why I was called. My mind was going blank since last night; I had to come up with reasons at the last minute. XP I don’t remember what I answered. I was effin’ nervous. I was also asked how much I am expecting and was offered PhP100,000. ^^;;; I’m pretty sure that’s a joke. *rofl* Anyway, they do not have Manila-based projects yet, so if all goes well I might have to do projects based in Vietnam and China among other countries. I do wish they have a project in Japan. Almec _is_ a Japanese firm, btw. *lol* I was told that they’re always loaded with work that at times you have to choose between work and family or work with social life. -_-
That’s about it. This might not be a big deal to everyone, but it is to me. I felt like I was asked with how can an electrical engineer help a vet. >_>
I apologize for the boring post. To somehow lighten the mood, I discovered something about RED RANGER (yep, the dude from Power Rangers) through magnetic_rotch’s Plurk. XDDD From Red Ranger, he’s now a gay pr0n actor. XD
