Obviously, people don’t read anymore

I removed some people off my reading list. I always read their blogs and leave comments, but I never hear from them in mine. I’m being selfish again I know.
Just recently I finished Californication Season 1. I suffered 2 nights of major headaches. That’s why I hate series in DVD format. You know, those only playable in standalone DVD players, because I can’t stay too long in front of the TV. UGH~ DAMMIT. If it weren’t for David Duchovny, I wouldn’t watch the whole season 1 Californication. I finished it in 2 nights since it’s only 12 episodes.
I splurged on 35mm films before the Surigao trip. I got myself some fresh Lucky Color 200 (lower than the SRP XD) and fresh Solid Gold 200. Then my parents brought home some cheap Fuji films from, I think, Walgreens.
Before the film buying, I was already on a spending spree. I gave in to temptation and bought these on eBay.ph:
I made a compilation of local shops that sell manga in the T-A Forum. Some were suggested by others so credit goes to them.
Booksale MCS
CATS Collectibles Greenhills
Comic Quest SM North EDSA
Comic Odyssey Robinson’s Place Malate
Comic Odyssey TriNoma
Fully Booked Rockwell
Fully Booked High Street
National Bookstore
Powerbooks ATC
Powerbooks Greenbelt 3
Powerbooks Mall of Asia
Powerbooks SM Megamall
Powerbooks TriNoma
Skybucks SM Fairview
Yamazaki Japanese Grocery Store (Near MCS? Can anyone confirm?)
So far, I find the collection at Powerbooks TriNoma and Fully Booked High Street worth looking at. If only some manga are open for free-reading at Fully Booked, I would have to start LIVING there.
Man, I’ve been so busy lately. My to-do list gets longer as more stuff are needed to be done. I spent two days organizing my room. It’s about 80% finished. I got a new bookshelf where I can finally put my manga, novels, and DVDs. A bit unfortunate that I can’t access my terrace anymore because we placed the bookshelf just beside the door.
Here’s an -ology meme copied from Lady Noremon’s dA:
TECHNOLOGY
Q. What is your wallpaper on your computer?
Alucard looking all evil
Q. How many televisions you have in your house?
4
BIOLOGY
Q. Are you right-handed or left-handed?
Right-handed
Q. Have you ever had anything removed from your body?
Some teeth when I was young, of course, and wisdom teeth.
Q. What is the last heavy item you lifted?
A plastic case full of books.
Q. Have you ever been knocked out?
Yeah
BULLSHITOLOGY
Q. If it were possible, would you want to know the day you were going to die?
I’m curious, but I believe it would best if I didn’t know when.
Q. If you could change your name, what would you change it to?
I like my name, but I still prefer to be called by my nickname.
Q. What color do you think looks best on you?
I was told it’s red, but I think it’s black.
Q. Have you ever swallowed a non-food item?
Yeah
DAREOLOGY
Q. Would you kiss a member of the same sex for $100?
Yeah, no problem with that.
Q. Would you allow one of your little fingers to be cut off for $200,000?
No way except if I’m extremely, very poor. I would probably do anything for money.
Q. Would you never blog again for $50,000?
I can’t keep myself from blogging even though I should be busy with a lot of other more important things.
Q. Would you pose naked in a magazine for $250,000?
Depends on what magazine. My asking price would be higher than that.
Q. Would you drink an entire bottle of hot sauce for $1,000?
Nope, that’s too low.
Q. Would you, without fear of punishment, take a human life for $1,000,000?
That won’t even save my soul.
DUMBOLOGY
Q: What is in your left pocket?
Nothing.
Q: Is Napoleon Dynamite actually a good movie?
I haven’t seen it yet.
Q: Do you have hardwood or carpet in your house?
Yep, our spiral stairs in the dining area.
Q: Do you sit or stand in the shower?
Stand
Q: How many pairs of flip flops do you own?
4. I hardly use them and only when it’s the right day/time to wear ‘em. I’m not such a fan of “flip flops.”
LASTOLOGY
Q: Last person who texted you?
Mac
Q: Last person who called you?
I think it’s Mac haha~ I forgot.
Q: Person you hugged?
Mac
FAVORITOLOGY
Q: Number?
4 and 22
Q: Season?
Rainy season
Q: Color?
Green
CURRENTOLOGY
Q: Missing someone?
Yep
Q: Mood?
Sleepy, tired, and feeling bloated.
Q: Listening to?
Nothing
Q: Watching?
Nothing because I am answering this meme. Duh.
Q: Worrying about?
All the tasks I have to do.
Q: Wearing?
Maong shorts and collared-shirt
RANDOMOLOGY
Q: First place you went this morning?
Computer table
Q: What can you not wait to do?
I dunno. I feel very disorganized.
Q: Do you smile often?
Yeah
Q: Are you a friendly person?
I guess so. But I’m quite choosy. When I find someone annoying, arrogant, etc., I ignore them and talk to someone else.
