Dead Fantasy I and II, WP 2.5 questions

Dead Fantasy I stars Rikku, Yuna, and some girls from DOA. The video is mostly just action — girls beating the hell out of each other. But they’re not one-on-one fights. It’s Rikku and Yuna vs the DOA girls. In the end of this video, Tifa helps the out the two.

The story continues on at Dead Fantasy II with the characters from the first one. At the later part, a girl from Ninja Gaiden, Rinoa, and a girl from Kingdom Hearts (sorry, I haven’t played that yet so I don’t know her name) makes an appearance. I am quite amazed how cool Rinoa is in Dead Fantasy II. There will be 5 more episodes to go. I can’t wait to see more of girls kicking asses. XD

When I was in Illinois, I was able to go to 2 bars. I can’t say it was pretty fun, since it seems mostly older people were there. Maybe in their late 20s. Hard to say. They could be younger than they look. ^_^V Anyway, hopefully soon I (with my family) will be going to the US. Maybe get to visit some San Diego irish pubs if it’s San Diego we’re going to. *lol*

I wonder if I should upgrade to WP 2.5 now. :/ Too lazy to check if there are any WP tags changes, so I wanna ask those who upgraded if there are? I hate having to go through templates and such whenever there’s a need to upgrade. Time consuming. Ugh~

I’m still tired from Jhan’s ‘Burger King’ birthday bash last night which I’ll be blogging soon about. ^_^V I wanted to edit pictures. Instead, I moved business contacts from my personal Multiply account to my other account. I also deleted some whose profiles are empty or those who do not even have profile pictures. They’re like stalkers, so beware! XDDD I wish there’s a way to change usernames in Multiply like in VOX (and free even!). If it’s possible in the latter, why not in Multiply’s service as well? XP

Paperwork hasn’t been going so well. It’s making me unable to concentrate for my board exam review. I’ve been thinking positive about it, but I’m close to giving up. I want to KILL those effin’ people who keep getting in our way. DAMN YOUUU!!! Stop being effin’ @$$e$!!! We’re paying you not to make things HARD for us. DAMN YOUUU!!! I was out the whole day yesterday to settle it. Man #1 said he wants to read it properly first. He will give out his comments not later than Wednesday. Hopefully he’d just approve it! Man #2 said he’s alright with the work. He said that we’ve put in a lot (or already too much) of data anyway. YAY to him! Man #3 said, after many times of trying to talk to him and him pushing us away, he wants us to go back on Monday because he of a Christmas party he had to go to. EFF YOU. Somebody is already wishing for you to lose your job. Oh, it’s not ~~only~~because of what you did to us, but you’ve been incompetent from the very start. My feet hurt so badly yesterday because of the stilettos I wore. I haven’t worn it for more than a year, so my feet aren’t used to it anymore. I got callouses that became a bit wounded. I kept getting leg cramps. I was a bit lucky that I didn’t get cramps while walking or standing up. ~_~ I also got hickey-like marks on my shoulders because of the heavy bag I carried around. I may have ruined the shoulder part of my top. Ugh~ What I went through would have been SO effin’ fine if Man #3 wasn’t an @$$.

I’ve been uploading some stuff as surprise Christmas downloads for those who frequent my blog and online buddies. ^_^ Those I have uploaded are those that aren’t easily found online. Maybe a few of you are looking for mp3 albums, manga, music videos, etc. that you can’t find online. Request them and I’ll see if I can get them up for you. ^_^ My terms:
1. Don’t request anime/J-drama episodes and movies. My upload bandwidth sucks a lot. ~_~
2. If you are to request manga for long series, I will only upload a volume or two to give way to others. That is, if a lot of people request.
3. Make sure the titles you request are hard to find. For example, don’t request Laruku albums or music videos. They’re quite easy to find. :sing:
4. I will only upload to Mediafire.

My last life-related post was almost a week ago. :/ I know I’ve been busy, but I forgot what I have been doing. Haha~ This period, exhaustion, and lack of sleep is really not good. *sighs*

I’ve been busy both offline and online. Starting off with online stuff, I finally updated my billing information in my web host. I haven’t been charged for hosting since June. Surprisingly, they didn’t delete my account. I guess it’s their fault for not being able to send out a notification (if they did, it might have ended in the spam folder that I often empty out). No wonder I had this feeling I should backup my MySQL databases, galleries, and files. ^_^V When I checked my web host’s site, I saw this site where you can checking your billing information and charges. I thought the username and password would be the same with my FTP, but it isn’t. I emailed them about it. Their billing support said I haven’t been transferred to the new billing service or something like that and I haven’t been billed since June. I asked about the latter. They didn’t answer. I guess they’ll let it pass? o_O

The gallery that is hosted in my domain will soon be deleted. I was able to upload about 90% of the pictures there to my Multiply account. I won’t have to worry about webspace anymore. XD Eventually, my other sites will be moved under my domain. Yay! I like it when I get things organized. Haha~

I just watched the live special of HanaKimi. Why isn’t Oguri Shun with them!? It would have been more fun to watch if he was there. But seeing Ikuta Toma is enough. He’s even sitting beside Maki Horikitty~~~ XDDD

On offline/real-life matters… I started attending review classes (for board exam) last week. The schedule is TTh from 5PM to 8PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 4PM. The Saturday schedule is supposed to be until 6PM, but my classmates complained because the only break we get is lunch. Brain overkill. But even if we have an early dismissal for our Saturday schedule, the professor extended our meeting until Dec. 15 I think. That’s fine. I could hardly take it last Saturdays. My eyes were going in circles. Haha~ XD; It was hard to hide. I wanted to close my eyes for at least 5 minutes.

My Dad woke me up very early the other day. He said we’ll be having an eye check-up. I was still sleepy and feeling tired. During breakfast, I thought I was slicing a part of the hotdog but no… It was the middle part of the handle of the spoon I was trying to slice. I was that sleepy. ^_^V Anyway, I had my check up. I know I have troubles with my left eye and it was confirmed. I don’t know how many lenses I tried because the grade is higher than my right. When we found the correct lens, it was a mismatch for my right eye. I didn’t even walk more than 3 steps with the glasses on. It made me extremely dizzy. @_@ I tried more lenses until we could find what’s most comfortable for me. *gah* This is the third time I got astigmatism.

I can’t believe lenses are frames are so expensive now. I even chose a cheap-line frame, but it’s still expensive. The price is in 4 DIGITS. *gah* There was a 50% discount, but the amount including the lens is still a major shock. Not to mention, the prescription glasses of my Dad is even more expensive than mine. We could buy an electric guitar with the total amount. XP

Night Wish gig, All Souls’ Day, and deleted GJ account

Fuck, I accidentally deleted pictures and a video of Ninay’s birthday celebration. ~_~ I was about to retrieve it from the Recycle Bin when electricity went off for almost an hour. When I checked the files, they’re all GONE! GRR~ I’m left with those low quality pictures I uploaded in my Multiply photos. I seriously have to back-up all the pictures I have asap. I get paranoid when this happens. ~_~ Other than that, I lost one of my earrings. It’s my favorite mushroom earrings. *sobs* I hope it’s in just one of my bags or pocket of my pants. *sighs* This is the disadvantage of having too many piercings really. ~_~

I hope everyone who celebrated Halloween had a great time. Not all of us in the Philippines celebrates Halloween although we do practice visiting our loved ones in the cemeteries on All Souls’ Day. It’s the opposite for other countries I believe. Well, some visit their dead loved ones on ALL SAINTS’ DAY. ^_^V Why is that??? Anyway, we went to the cemetery and we were shocked by what we saw — there was garbage everywhere. Scavengers even. That’s in Manila Memorial Park even. It’s not just some public cemetery. *gah* I took pictures, so I’ll post them asap. There was also Andok’s and Shakey’s in there. It’s like being in a carnival. After the visit, we went to check our lot in Alfonso. The other lots need cleaning because the grass and plants are growing too tall already. The main entrance and exit have been blocked. XP Hopefully the others would check that place soon too. I can’t wait for our future li’l rest house to be built there. ^_^ It will be a great place to hang out. We just gotta make that possible! XD

My Dad won a Nokia N95. XD He wants to sell it, so he could buy the Fujitsu uber-small laptop. :3 I told him I’ll use it for the meantime, but he doesn’t want to. ^_^V I would take a lot of images (and maybe videos) with it. Two things annoy me though is its image capture. First, its autofocus is very slow and, second, saving takes a lot of time. XP That’s why I never bugged my Dad about it again. I’d rather use my digicam than that. *lol* I have to ask him about the pictures he took using it when we went to Alfonso. Oh, my Dad was on TV a few days ago. Haha~ He was interviewed by Marissa del Mar. The opening ‘image’ of her show states 5 years, but before and after commercial breaks the ‘image’ states 6 years. You don’t know which is true. *lol*

We had a gig two nights ago at Night Wish Music Lounge, Malate. I forgot to post an invite here and in the Friendster bulletin. But I did send out sms to friends and acquaintances. None of them went though. -_- The gig was fun. There was even a special performance by the waitresses. ^_^V They wore uber short maong shorts and sports-bra. I think that’s what it’s called. O_o Anyway, I took a picture of them:

We were very surprised. We LOL’d a lot. That sort of thing doesn’t always happen in our gigs you know. Haha~ None of the girls were pretty unfortunately, but they got abs. ^_^V Here are two pictures of our performance:

Lately, I’ve kept myself busy organizing my files and sites. I also deleted my GreatestJournal account. The posts were imported in my VOX account anyway. I made back-ups of entries with comments, since LJBook didn’t include them in the PDF file. XP I’ll later work on Lez’s site, will probably blog about a few episodes of Dennou Coil in SASHIMI, and burn DVDs.

I’m off to watch more Dennou Coil. Episode 14 was mostly a recap.

Gintoki says the funniest thing evarrr! *lol* I should finish at least half of a chapter in our paper I’m working on before I watch episodes 38-39 of Gintama. I definitely need something to relieve my stress.

Before I go on with my probably long-ass entry, I would like to plug — Blog ni Inday. I didn’t expect I’d read about Inday on the internet other than in text messages. *roflmao* Of course, a popularity of even a fictitious character who provides laughter for the Filipinos gets noticed by the local paper which they shouldn’t even have written about. ~_~

I’m having a hard time thinking of how I should go about this entry. I feel dizzy from playing too much of Need For Speed_ Underground Rivals. @_@ Anyway, I feel like a lot happened even though I mostly stayed at home and worked on my paper. I play Innocent Life, Bomberman, or NFS: Underground Rivals on my break time though. You know you can’t write anything good if you intend to work nonstop. ^_^V Like now, I can’t get past 5 sentences on this freaking chapter. Writer’s block on a paper!? DAMMIT.

Mac and I had our second year together last Oct. 22. Wow, 2 effin’ long years… I didn’t expect we’d last this long after so many problems we’ve been through and about 2-3x I’ve thought about breaking up with him. ^_^V So, how did we celebrate it? He accompanied me to submit a part of my paper, went to CD-R King to buy blank DVDs, smoked, and ate shawarma. Haha~ I’m so cheap… We only ate shawarma! I wanted to treat him out, but my CC was already used too much and I’m so fucking poor this month (it became an advantage because it made me just stay home because I could have been in the Glorietta 2 explosion. O_O ). Oh well, we did have a good time. ^_^ I wanted to upload a lot of our pictures together in my Multiply, but only managed to upload 2 photo albums. Haha~ ^_^ If I still have time later, I’ll upload more and pic spam about it. *lol*

I deleted two of my blogs — On a Diet? and facing reality — both are hosted in Blogger. On a Diet? is supposed to be where I keep track of what I eat in a day, but I suck at blogging daily, so… Yeah… I abandoned that without even reaching 50 posts. XD facing reality is a fic review blog. I stopped updating it because I lost interest in reading fics when I got into manga. :3 Well, even though I deleted them, most of the entries are imported here. It’s hard to maintain a lot of blogs anyway. I’m so OC that I have to make sure that their layouts are updated and always organized. ^_^V I also deleted Smashing Blue. It’s a mp3 rotation site that was opened at the time when looking for mp3-sharing sites are hard to find due to the lack of hosts that allow sharing of large-sized files. The files are still there, so I intend to post next time the links to the files. It would be a waste to just delete them when they’re already up and only needed to be shared. ^_^ I believe Mics was part of the SB team.

I got a bunch of anime DVDs days ago. (Thank you, MJ!) ^_^ More anime to watch. I can hardly fucking wait for a very long free time to watch them.

I’m hungry. ;_;

In between writing our paper (or trying to because my mind goes blank most of the time — it gets confusing you see), I go on breaks finishing other on my to-do list. ^_^
1. Putting up more than half of 36 Moon’s gallery + rotating images on all pages.
2. Reviewing/Blogging episodes 4-11 of Hataraki Man.
3. Moving old posts at Tabulas (I have to know how to delete entirely my account there) to my VOX account.
4. Burning aby’s stuff.

Not much, but since I did them in-between breaks, it took me days to finish 2 of them and a night for one. *lol* Oh, I also play Innocent Life with the PSP. I’m already on the second winter. It’s so cute and fun. I can’t wait to get horses (if I do get them) and meet the last sprite. :sing: Having the Monsoon WC makes it a lot easier to water plants. O_O Once I’m done with this, maybe I should get to finish FFVII with the PSP. Hmm…

I apologize for the previous angry post with the huge, red letters. I just got annoyed with telling me to remove this post and another one of the same topic from Google and any other search engine. I ended up having search engines NOT TO INDEX MY SITE. There goes what should be my way of having more visitors. >_< I am annoyed. *sighs* I’ll have to re-index the domain by next year, I guess.

I got to eat and be ready for school. I have to get my completion grade and talk again to the CE-EnSE registrar. I was planning on a photo-post, but Mac might get pissed off again. ^^; I set a meeting time of 9AM, but I slept in ’til 10:30AM. ^_^V

I added new plugins in just say goodbye and this blog. I tried the AJAX Comments plugin. It worked, but my test comment didn’t show up right away until I refreshed the site. *lol* The plugin is pointless for me. XD; Live Comment Preview doesn’t work for me either. Other than new plugins, I converted one of my old MT themes to WP. I haven’t come up with a good layout for this blog, so I decided to do that. The default layout is still “Listening to the Music.” You can change the layout using the theme switcher in the sidebar if you’re already tired with this. I don’t recommend switching to the default and classic themes right now. They still need tweaking. The other layout took me almost 2 days to work on. Sheesh~ The inverse question mark gave me a headache. XP

^_^ I’ve been fixing my site lately — upgraded WP to 2.1.3, added movie ratings plugin, removed UTW and installed Simple Tagging Plugin instead, added XFN link, and changed the theme a bit. I hope the site looks good in all resolutions. I only doubt this will look good for those who still use Internet Explorer. I also had Marmalade Boy S up again. It’s an old site of mine that I didn’t know became non-existent because T35.com deleted all my files. I uploaded the files here in my domain because it’s a waste to leave it like that. I spent many hours on it. *gah* I was still on dial-up back then! So yeah… URL is still the same. Hopefully people will still visit the site. The site’s target will be the new manga fans. ^_^ Since I’m done with this site (and even uploading those Funfax Horror scans for the heck of it), I can play FFXII again! Yay! I was supposed to finish those site updates by Friday if it weren’t for that damn Globe DSL modem. ~_~ My parents wanted me to connect the modem to the router since we’re having the PLDT DSL disconnected this Tuesday. The connection was uber easy, yet we couldn’t go online! WTF. I did everything I could with my knowledge. Everything I knew still failed. So I had to ask help from BJ. Haha~ Lifesaver! After 2 or 3 hours, we finally had it fixed. I thought of playing after that, but decided to just update the site and watch Shounen Onmyouji. (Guren is ♥) Shounen Onmyouji’s been keeping me up til 6AM. ^^; I got more episodes that I’ll probably watch later.

How was everyone’s Holy Week? I was spent the Holy Week at home. My family and I believes that the Holy Week shouldn’t be spent for having fun. Why have fun when the Holy Week is the time when Christ suffered and died for us? Yet again, not everyone gets a long break such as the Holy Week especially for most of the working force. Thus, these people makes (or is it make? I fail at grammar *boo*) the Holy Week their OUTING week. ^^;;; Anyway, HAPPY EASTER! We had mass last night with Tita Sandra. She went over because she had to bake her hemin bread. I think my parents invited her to join us. She was Maru’s proxy. *lol* Maru will be home in a few days. I wonder if he was able to get me my requests. *tee-hee* I hope he’s not uber depressed. My parents think he is. He hasn’t been keeping in touch and when he does, his replies are mostly one-liners. o_O

Mac and I watched 300 last Tuesday. We’re lucky Greenbelt 3 cinema was still showing it because we went first to Glorietta 4 and they’re not showing 300 anymore. Awesome movie. Awesome graphics. I love all the fighting scenes. ^_^ Ironic how I’ve lately been into guys with great bodies then I watch this movie with more beefy men. Gyahahahaha~ *drools* I’m going to save this post from those of almost-naked Leandro or Cristiano pictures.

Lately, Phoebe and I have been going out at night having short coffee breaks. Tsimisan (gossiping) time actually. ^^ We’re not actually sharing gossips, but news about acquaintances or friends we haven’t seen in a very long time. She’s got some free time now because her boyfriend’s busy with his work. XD Jhan’s still in a kind of house arrest. I also heard of the bad news with her pre-board exam results. I’m sure with a bit more review and studying, she’ll be able to top the actual board exam. ^_^ (Jhan, do update your VOX! I miss you. ^^) I miss my girls. ^_^

You know, there was a girl in Starbucks Walter Mart and I saw her butt crack. WTH. That was disgusting. When I was still in Phoebe’s car, I already saw her. Her back was facing the me and everyone else. If she had a sexy, white ass, I wouldn’t mind because you all know (by now) that I (with my bandmates) like to look or search for pretty ladies. Her blouse was short to cover her back. Couldn’t she feel the wind against her butt or back? Geez~

I’m using the laptop now because my computer’s busy burning. I should burn about 200 cds by later or tomorrow. I wonder if my Tito and I will meet up later, so he could get the cds. o_O I’ll be sleeping around 5AM or 6AM just to burn. I’ll be like a walking zombie again when I go out, but I’m sure this would be worth it. Anyway, due to this burning, I was stuck at home. I’d rather be than go out. The summer heat is just too much. I can hardly stay long in my room. The sun’s direction is directly to it. Just imagine how hot it is here in the afternoons. ~_~ Luckily, I have this laptop and I could still surf the net in the sala. Hehe~ I spent my afternoon yesterday chatting with Jhan. We chatted til around 10PM. We talked about food, the underwear thief, Sailor Moon Live Action series, her loverboi, her studies, etc. ^_^ I miss her. She hardly goes out or talks to us anymore. She’s too busy with her loverboi and school. Plus, her Dad is getting stricter with her than before. Jhan said that’s because he found out about her loverboi. *lol*

Phoebe Cates is apparently Asian now — The Superficial is not one of the greatest sites out there although there are juicy gossips or news about celebrities. Why not the greatest? It’s like reading the comments in YouTube. Some are nasty. Some are completely racist who would sometimes deny being so. Example is the linked post. I am very offended with this comment. Probably the commenter is a gremlin himself and is just uber jealous because he doesn’t look human. ~_~
