DA, eBay @$$wipe, and my latest camera purchase (1 Comment)

Latest additions to my DA:

And a scrap:

I still haven’t gone through my DA gallery. I have a few photos I want to move to scraps. ^_^V

I didn’t write in my planner for 2 weeks. No wonder I felt too disorganized. XP But started writing in it again. I have tons of things to do and I badly need to write them down to know what I should prioritize. :3

A buyer of my cheap book at eBay.ph texted me (again) last Sunday. She was asking when I will leave her feedback. The thing is, she doesn’t have the book yet. She only sent in the payment some time last week and mentioned that we exchange feedbacks now for her “quick payment.” I remember telling her that we should settle the transaction first before I will leave feedback. I told her that again, but she still kept bugging me. She even said that I shouldn’t blame her if anything happens. Meaning, she will buy again one of my items and LEAVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK… For not leaving her a one. ~_~ I remember telling her, “You have a big problem. What feedback are you going to put? That I am giving you one YET? I don’t like your threats. You should read people’s terms & conditions, you know.” The last sentence is when she told me that she did the feedback thing with a power seller. I have my conditions and one of them is leaving feedback AFTER a successful transaction. I thought to myself that I could leave her one then report her to eBay. I don’t care if eBay removes the positive feedback she left me. Abusing the negative feedback is a no-no at eBay.

Her plan is that she will buy another item from me to save on shipping. I told her I don’t understand why I already have to leave feedback for her already when we could do so after. Considering the feedbacks I have, I’m not going to run away with a measly less than a dollar payment. Sheesh~ I am willing to wait until she can fully pay for the shipping even. She explained again about saving on shipping fees. She even said there’s nothing confusing about that. I know, but its relation with the feedback is. >_>

I wasn’t home when we were texting, so I told her I can’t leave her feedback. She even gave me a deadline — I only have until the end of the day (that Sunday). WTF!? I told her sarcastically, “Wow, how nice of you!” After that she didn’t text anymore. I have a feeling she only collects feedbacks and maybe scam people after getting more than 10 positive ones.

Anyway, I’m not sure if that person is a she, but I think so because of her text messages. Whatever. I’ll text her again later because the item’s past my handling time. She hasn’t sent me her shipping details too. When she was threatening me, she kept asking how much the shipping fee is when she wouldn’t say where she lives. It’s odd she was already willing to pay for the shipping fee after admitting she doesn’t have money yet.

*sighs*

Mac and I accompanied my brother to Hidalgo yesterday. He was looking for a Pentax SLR. The second stall we checked had a Lomo camera. I was very tempted at first though I had a feeling it was an expensive camera. BF asked the price and when I heard how good of a bargain it is, I wanted to buy it already, but I didn’t have much cash with me. I usually only bring very few cash and the rest I pay with CC. XD; My bf and brother kept telling me to just withdraw and buy it already so that we don’t have to go back for the third time this week. ^_^V I gave in and bought it. *lol* I’m not sure what camera model it is. It looks like a (King) Regula. Instead of a Regula name on it though, it has a Lomo name on it with still the K symbol. I hope someone knows what camera this is + the specs. I will post pictures tonight along with my Golden Half. :D

Greenade & Pizza Hut camera photos (Comments Off)

I wasn’t feeling too lazy to organize my processed and scanned photos. Uploaded photos from 2 film rolls in my Multiply. I’ll be uploading in Facebook should I feel like it. *lol*

I bought a 35mm adapter for Greenade at about 60% off its original selling price. :D I think I was able to take 28 pictures. Never bothered to count how many clicks I should do after every shot. Almost all the pictures have light leaks. I took pictures on very bright days and I never bothered to take up the back of the camera. Well, we all learn from mistakes. The film I used, btw, is a Solid Gold 200.

Hanafuda and why women love men (1 Comment)

Before anything else, I wanna share with you HANAFUDA. A download link is available in that post. Please be aware in spite of it being a historical drama, it’s hentai and there’s bestiality. Nothing super gross though. ^_^

I was supposed to pimp my Golden Half, but I was browsing my Google Reader and saw that Paulo Coelho has a new post. ^_^ The topic is why women love men. He did a “research” on this in the internet. Let me quote a few of what he listed down:

We love men because they can’t fake an orgasm, even if they wanted to.

Because they will never understand us, yet even so they go on trying.

Because they still manage to see our beauty, even when we ourselves no longer believe it.

Because they are lovers who only rest when we have had (or pretend to have had) pleasure.

Because they manage to raise sport to something bordering on religion.

Because they insist on fixing things that are beyond their capacity, and dedicate themselves to this with the same enthusiasm as an adolescent, and get frustrated when they don’t succeed.

Because they are like pomegranates: most of them is impossible to digest, but the seeds are delicious.

Because we always know what they are thinking, and when they open their mouth they say exactly what we imagined they would.

Because they love to explore our body and conquer our soul.

Because a 14-year-old girl can leave them speechless, and a 25-year-old woman can tame them quite effortlessly.

Because they are always attracted by extremes: the opulent or the ascetic, warriors or monks, artists or generals.

Because they do absolutely everything possible to try to hide their weaknesses.

Because a man’s biggest fear is not being a man (it never crosses a woman’s mind not to be a woman).

Because they always eat everything on their plate, and don’t feel guilty about it.

Because they have shoulders where we can rest our heads and sleep without much effort.

Because they never lie about their age.

Because despite everything they try to demonstrate, they can’t live without a woman.

Because when we tell one of them “I love you”, they always ask us to explain exactly how.

He also posted a list of what men do not know about women. Some funny ones are:

3 – The same thing happens with “you are beautiful”. It takes less than two seconds to say these three magical words, which can change our nightmares into real fairy tales.

5 – At a party we are capable of scanning the whole room in less than a minute to find out what interests us. Just watch.

8 – Women always remember everything. If you ask when we met, none of us will say: “at a party”. We will say: “it was a Tuesday, right after a dinner where they served salad and chicken broth, and you were wearing a black blazer and designer shoes, and so on.

12 – We hate making love when we don’t feel like it, but we do it anyway, and you will never be able to notice the difference.

15 – Not all women want marriage and children. Many just want orgasms and pets.

(You can read his whole post here — I just had to share my Google Reader Shared Items. HAHA~)

My bf does a great job in “handling” my mood swings, so I guess he knows me well (given also the fact we’ve been together for some years)… Yet women, in general, will always be hard for men to figure out. *lol*

Some of the things I wish for :P (Comments Off)

Due to the recent Italianni’s stint, I updated my DA with food shots! :D

I’ll probably scrap some or most of them next time. *lol*

Hasselblad H3D-39 I was browsing my H&B thick-ass catalog and saw what I didn’t really wanna see… Just because these are things I deeply want, but can’t afford. ~_~ First — the HASSELBLAD H3D-39 (picture on the left). Features:
39 Megapixels
50MB Filesize
Large format 48×36mm
Uses H system lenses
FlexColor workflow
Hasselblad natural color solution
“Instant” user interface
Choice of viewfinders

The camera is worth $31,994.95. I saw this before in an issue of American Photography. Back then, this was $39,000. @_@;;; Second in my wish list that I think I’ll be able to buy once I start starving myself (har-har) is the HASSELBLAD 503CW. Specifications:
36.7mm x 36.7mm Square image sensor
ISO 50-400
1.5x Lens Factor (of Hasselblad 6×6)
Lossless Hasselblad 3FR raw capture
22MB file size
2.2″ OLED display
CF Card or tethered operation
Manual focus, leaf shutter SLR
Interchangeable film back
Hasselblad bayonet lens mount
Shutter speed range 1 to 1/500th second
Accepts standard mechanical cable releases

With all the things I want in life, these are one of those I don’t think I’ll be able to buy. I can buy a lot of things with how much these are worth. DX I wish I would be rich to the point I won’t have to budget my money. :P

Anyway, I haven’t been blogging lately because of PLURK. I blame that site because after posting almost everything I want to say there, I start to feel lazy to talk about them here. ^_^V I must stop that since I don’t want to waste paid hosting. XD; Other than PLURK, I also don’t have an internet connection at home. I’m in an computer shop now. How sad~ I miss the internet and I have so much to post. -_-

We didn’t go to the gig last Friday at One Luv. Our bassist, at the last minute, informed me that he won’t make it. He said he messaged me. I didn’t get any message from him in my primary phone. When I checked my (sometimes used) prepaid, that’s where I saw it. I was really pissed because, first, we spent a lot of time practicing for it considering that one of us isn’t on a break unlike my brother; second, it was Carol’s first time with us!!! (nakakahiya rin sa kanya); and, last, I don’t want to embarrass myself to the organizer. Those are the top reasons why. The gig was scheduled a week before. I knew and believed he wouldn’t make other commitments or appointments because, of course, it was already scheduled early. XP Also, because we hadn’t performed with a female vocalist in months, we had a hard time deciding on the songs. Sheesh~

We ended up drinking that Friday night as a late celebration for Peli’s birthday and for Carol as the band’s new vocalist. Fufufu~ Details will be posted next time. ^_^ Here is a picture linked from Carol’s Multiply.

Shoes, yesterday, and some yaoi reads (Comments Off)

aqrn785, I can’t seem to access your blog. :(

I want this shoes. That’s going to be in my to-buy list. *_*

I went to my bf’s place yesterday. I showed him the Lameboy emulator I just copied to my DS Lite this morning. He wanted to play old GB/GBC Pokemon games. XD I also showed him DSOrganize which is teh awesome. Let’s see if it will really help me be more organized. HAHAHHAHA~ WTF… I have the Belle de Jour planner, the Starbucks journal (but I actually use that more for literally journaling), and a Nokia 9300i… Still, I feel so disorganized! XDDD I gotta stop procrastinating.

Anyway, moving on… I stayed there until, uhh, 8:30PM. We just smoked and hanged out with his friends. I even saw the person I didn’t want to see. ~_~ I dislike her a lot because I find her, hmm, a disgrace to the female population. *lol* I know I have no right to say that. It’s just that, if she has the guts to run away from home, she must be able to take care of herself instead of becoming a freeloader. *shakes head*

Any of my friends on Plurk yet? XD It’s highly addicting. It has become the next IRC. *ROFL*

Miyamoto Kano’s Not/Love is sweet. ^_^ It’s been (another) long while again since I read yaoi. It was actually Tenshi wo Kudasai by Minamino Mashiro that I read before Not/Love. I can’t get past the 3rd chapter. The story’s just so confusing. ~_~
