So I ordered using COD because that’s my preferred choice when I buy online except on certain circumstances. Anyway, the arrival of the bag was three days after order placement. I have no idea if that’s three business days, but I ordered on a Saturday. The order should have arrived on Tuesday that week if I include Sunday in the three-day wait. But getting the bag on Wednesday wouldn’t have been bad as long as the order arrives. Wednesday came and there was still no dleivery. I then emailed CashCashPinoy’s customer support.

A system-generated response was received right away. A reply from an actual customer support came the day after at 6:14PM.

Still no delivery, I sent another email on May 18.
I don’t think this issue has been solved at all. Please provide me date and, if possible, time of delivery of the item. This is already past the delivery in 3 days offer. I’d appreciate a clarification on the long delay.
On May 19, a customer support named Happy responded.

Keep me posted? That was bull. There was no delivery and no updates why my order was taking long. I sent another email on May 21. I tried to be as patient as I could.
I never received a response to that email. Not even the system-generated one. On May 25, I told them to cancel my order.

As if coordinating with their logistics team will still make any difference. I’ve read tons of people who had the same issue besides being sent defective or questionable products. The problem is beyond the shipping. I didn’t have the energy nor time to get angry at them so I waited as much as I could. In the end, I just thought that the bag and I aren’t meant to be. 😛 I actually had several transactions with them before and never had a problem probably because they were service offers like spa where I only needed vouchers. After this experience, I swore I won’t be ordering from them anymore. At the moment where consumers don’t have protection from businesses with bad services, I suggest keeping away from CashCashPinoy as much as possible. Even similar online deals. Me and my friends have had worse, but that’s another story.
