Busy April 19

On the morning of Monday, Mum kept waking me up and asking if I wasn’t going to work. I said I would even though I had second thoughts. Well, I did skip work and went on with my tasks for the day.

The Mosbeau bloggers event is the first skin care event that the Glam-Love.com ladies went to. The event was held at Toki Japanese Fusion and Fine Dining from 11AM to 1PM. My stomach kept acting up, so I couldn’t leave until 15 Minutes to 11. Thank goodness for no heavy traffic and fast-driving driver, I was late for 5 minutes only. XDDD

The whitening products (as pictured above) were given to us for free. I haven’t tried them, but will do soon. I think I’m going to try the cream first because it does more than just whiten the inner thighs or underarms. >) For our lunch, here’s what Toki served:

Bento

California Maki

Please tell me if you know the names of those dishes aside from California Maki. 🙂

Joiz was busy at work, so Karen and I went to Megamall afterwards because Karen wanted to buy Etude House’s BB Cream. Then we headed off to Galleria. I went with Karen because I also had to go to Saizen with Ryan was to accompany me. Since he was still busy, I went with Karen to her shopping first. We checked most branded shops on sale. I only searched for dresses that I could wear in my officemate’s wedding. There wasn’t anything suited for a wedding especially among the sale items. Well, there was a pretty, corset-style dress in Topshop. Only the price kept me from buying it. If it was on sale, I would have bought it in cold cash. LULz~

After Karen was done with shopping duties, we went to Krispy Kreme and waited there for Ryan who arrived just minutes later. After a bit of chit-chat, we headed off to Saizen. I am pleased with myself that I didn’t buy too much. I already checked Saizen’s Multiply site beforehand, so I knew what I wanted. I think I may have to visit again to find a case or presentable folder to place my submissions for www.

I realized I haven’t paid my Sun Broadband bill when I was already halfway home. Even if I wanted to push movie plans, I would still skip it because of that Sun Broadband bill. Sun’s an ass for setting my credit limit to PhP799 which is the same amount as my monthly bill. ~_~ I asked my Mum to accompany me, so I won’t be tempted to stay too long outside. 😀

So, yeah, that’s how my Monday went and I don’t wanna be out like that until this summer’s over. My skin’s starting to be irritated. 🙁

  1. How was the food sa Toki?

I haven’t been to Saizen in a while. Maybe on Sat after I go pick up Layton. 😀 I like going there but sometimes I hate it kasi I end up buying a lot of stuff I don’t really need. Hahaha.
    .-= Kat?s last blog ..Semana Santa =-.
    1. The food at Toki was alright. I’m not fond of cooked Japanese food coz I prefer raw. They didn’t serve anything raw, so I wasn’t that happy. 😛 Though, the pork (covered with pechay in the picture) was the tastiest among those we had.
