The 36th Makati Likhang Kamay Exhibit was from November 18 to 20 at the Glorietta Activity Center. The exhibit included local textiles, garments, pastries, and wood carvings. A pretty baptismal baby dress was available. I wanted it for my babies and their future babies. 😛 There were paintings too (also for sale) by local artists.
Yesterday afternoon, two artists had a live demo and taught sketching and painting techniques. It got crowded because there were many students, so I couldn’t take photos or videos. Everyone could have seen their demo if they streamed (unsure of the term) on big monitors.
The new Glorietta Activity Center was too big for the event/exhibit and, given the atmosphere of Glorietta, the exhibit would have been better located at Greenbelt.
