Daily: Nervous singer (3 Comments)
I’m supposed to blog the second part of Dinners and beer, but I changed my mind. XD Before the main point of this blog post, I dunno if the dog’s been found, but in case not — Help Find KETCHUP.
I went through my Santana mp3s. Hearing this song again brought back a lot of memories:

Those are memories totally unrelated to the meaning of the song, btw. :3 One of them is the time I had to sing that song in front of prolly more than a hundred people in a hotel. *lol* I drank glasses of red and sparkling wine and cans of Heineken. Relatives forced me to sing because they expected that I can sing like some diva just because I was in a band. D: I was given a piece of paper to be forwarded to the DJ. The artist and song title written on it had to be filled up, so I put The Gmae of Love by Santana/Michelle Branch.
Minutes later, the DJ announced the song. Then he said, “To be sung by SANTANA.” WTMF!?!? *facepalms* Everyone seemed too drunk or occupied to hear the mistake. Anyway, I went to the front, grinned like an idiot while I held the hand of my Aunt/Ninang. I told her to accompany me because I didn’t want to stand in front alone. I sang before, but with a band or a guitarist. Just not alone really. :/ It was frightening. Fortunately, I was able to sing it properly in spite of the drinks I had.
Diva! *rofl*
That was a funny, but memorable experience. XD;
A lot of my friends thought I was the one who got married especially after they saw this picture:
I got emails and messages in Friendster from ‘disappointed’ friends because I didn’t invite them. >_>;;;

Daily: I almost felt heaven (1 Comment)
Fufufu~ And I thought I was already in heaven during the sauna. *lol*

My officemates and I went to TWINHEARTS SPA (i know, the name’s funny! XDDD) for our free full body massage. It was rather different from the one I had before, but that’s because it was in a different massage parlor. Although there were only 2 oils to choose from compared to the 40 or so oils in the other one, Twinhearts was better. The massage was so good, I almost died. If I did, I would have died happy. *lol*
My masseuse is a bit weird. Jaja and Liza were given towels by their masseuses to cover ‘em up when they removed their bras, but mine made me go topless in front of everyone. D: Oh well, she did an amazing job though. \o\ /o/~~~~~ Shutter days are temporarily over.

So I’m taking a quick break from climate change papers.
I read from chochajin’s blog that unless you’re a native speaker of English, you won’t be able to teach the language in Japan. A certification will be needed that you studied English in a university. I’m not too sure on the full details, but I know some people who will be affected. *coughs*
*gah* I’m getting irritated at how things are going now. My life in general, I mean. Can I run away from it all now? The problems are giving me dry skin, white hairs, wrinkles, eye bags, back pains, and a long face. It’s making me look and feel old. Like a granny with an L-shaped body. @_@

Jdramas: Pride (0 Comments)
I watched Pride a few weeks ago. I didn’t like it at first because I’m not much of a sports fan (except when it comes to taekwondo) yet Kimura Takuya’s character was very interesting that I wish I would meet someone like him. ^_~ He’s a playboy and a jerk, but can be real sweet.
Wait, would I really want a jerk in my life? LULz~ I was excited what was going to happen between Haru and Aki. Although they gave the feeling they wouldn’t end up together especially when the girl’s long time M. I. A. boyfriend arrived. D: I wished he never showed up. He ruined their “game relationship.” Even without much effort from the girl, just being the person from another century, changed Haru. It was really sweet. ;_;I almost fell off my seat when I saw this:
Just looking at the way he kisses already proves he’s a MOTHERFUCKING GOOD KISSER! XDDD I’m outta my mind, I know. *lol* It was really cute and sweet when he tried to keep Aki’s hand warm
