I should be doing this religiously. *lol*

Morning/Breakfast:

  • Marty’s Chicharon (prolly 5-6 pieces only)
  • Herbal tea
  • Egg with bean sprouts and diced ham
  • Rice with turmeric
  • Coffee

Lunch/Afternoon:

  • Sardines
  • Rice
  • Buko juice

Dinner/Evening:

  • Chicken in tomato sauce
  • Mango
