That is why I write to try to turn sadness into longing, solitude into remembrance.
I didn’t think that in just one year too many things can happen — those that I won’t forget and will eventually forget. *lol* Both made an impact in my life. Those I want to forget, well, I’m just saying that. The possibility of forgetting is slim unless the better things already come. By then it wouldn’t be impossible. ^_~

Memes: What they call me (0 Comments)
EDIT: Really, blogging while uber sleepy and drugged isn’t a great idea. Added a few thigns and grammar-checked.
I miss going to work early and seeing M1’s family picture (actually a calendar) on my work table.
NOT.
~_~ I do miss my co-workers, but not my damn table and that calendar. *lol* I usually sit elsewhere — a table where I can sleep.
Rules:
1. List the names that you are called by and name the people that call you by these names.
2. Tag 10 others and post the link on their guestbooks
Shabby — my TRUE nickname. It will take me forever should I list everyone who calls me by this name. This was given to me by my best buds in HS — Jey, Maan, and Angela. ^_^ I love ‘em.
Shabz/Shab — Hmm… Phoebe, Jan, Marco, Reets, Joel, and my drinking buds from MIT among many others. Usually those who I am already close with (or kind of. haha~)
Dear — Phoebe >_>
Shabydu — Jan, Christian, Phoebe
Ate — not ate like 8. *lol* Aunts from my Dad’s side, my Mom, and my brother
___________ — my real name~ random folks in the US of A and my HS PE teacher
_____ — my _second_ real name~ family, relatives, and sometimes my boss. Only those very, very special to me can call me by this.
BB/bebeh — Rotch
B — Angela. It’s her shortcut for Shabby
I sometimes dislike being called Shabz or Shab by those I just met or have talked to only once or twice. I’m not going to tag anyone because I’m lazy to leave a link in their guestbooks. *lol*

Daily: I gots teh cough ;_; (0 Comments)
Having a sore throat on a vacation is shit. My Mom and I bought Theraflu for severe colds and cough. I am hoping for a quick, miraculous effect. *lol* Yesterday morning we went to mass. Theraflu seems to give this “high” effect, so I tried to keep myself from sitting like a drunkard. I don’t know if I hallucinated, but I saw a guy who looks so much like Nick Hexum. *_* The girl with him has big boobies. Gad! *_* Anyway, that was the first time I went to a mass here that has singing involved.

Moving on…
The day after the pier we spent it with Lolo bear, but we only went out to check Circuit City and Best Buy. I found a good iPod touch deal at Circuit City — $296.99 + free $80 worth of accessories. We went there, I was excited, but the saleslady there told me that the leather case wasn’t available. My Mom asked if we could get a different one of the same amount. The saleslady said no. Then my brother and Mom told me I should buy at Virginia, so I could still get all the freebies. I was alright with not getting the case. I changed my mind eventually because I was getting annoyed. Mom starts asking WHY. What the-? When we got to Best Buy, as much as I wanted to request for them to beat Circuit City’s promo, they ran out of 16GB iPod Touch. I asked Lolo bear if we could drop by Circuit City again. He was cool with it.
The effect of my syrup is kicking in, so I might as well stop for now before I start failing my English. >_>
Oh, we’ll be going to Virginia and I’m not much excited because of the COLD. I hope I don’t get a fever. *crosses fingers*

Daily: Losing sunglasses suck (4 Comments)
I haven’t been this tired in so long. It doesn’t even compare to after our flight here. ~_~ Deep slumber is good though as it makes me less zombie-looking when I wake up.
Dec. 18, we visited The Pier at St. Petersburg. I think going there took an hour of no-traffic drive at the freeway. D: The place is great. Aside from the awesome cars I’ve seen, there are cool bikes, trolleys, calm and blue water, and lots of birds (different kinds at that). If I live here, I would be hanging out here. It would be like hanging at Baywalk only 1,000,000x better. (Because, first and foremost, the water doesn’t have a foul smell.) *rofl*

Good weather is good

Uhh, Sunshine Bridge?

Near our parking

Great for sailing or swimming

Daily: It’s like a narcotic. (3 Comments)
“I’ve been in love before. It’s like a narcotic. At first it brings the euphoria of complete surrender. The next day, you want more. You’re not addicted yet, but you like the sensation, and you think you can still control things. You think about the person you love for two minutes, and forget them for three hours.
“But then you get used to that person, and you begin to be completely dependent on them. Now you think about him for three hours and forget him for two minutes. If he’s not there, you feel like an addict who can’t get a fix. And just as addicts steal and humiliate themselves to get what they need, you’re willing to do anything for love.”
I only experimented. I wanted to see where the relationship ould lead me, since I was used to fooling around. I found love something I don’t deserve (and prolly never will), yet I wanted something new in my life. True enough, being around him too much had me dependent on him and eventually it happened. I hate the face that when you lose someone that has become part of your system, you find yourself feeling incomplete. To get that satisfied feeling again, we do everything without caring what it makes us. But thank goodness for “rehab” and not missing screws. *rofl* I know my place and when to stop.
Why does it seem like the feeling’s such a bad thing? That it is said to be similar to a drug.
