Memes: A meme. (Comments Off)
Saw this at Carol’s Multiply.
Is there anything bothering you right now?
+ Yeah, a number of things.
What do you think is the reason why you lie?
+ I sometimes lie to prevent arguments though I only lie about things I know that isn’t such a big deal. Most of the time I hate lying because I hate the feeling of guilt.
Have you ever said, you’ll never love again?
+ Nope ^^;;;
Is there something you wanna let go of?
+ I already did. It’s all just a funny and good memory now. :3
Do the old songs you had in your past really remind you of the memory of your past love?
+ Nope. ^_^
How important is trust?
+ Trust is important in relationships. I find it hard to trust someone. -_-
Do you believe in soulmates?
+ I guess… @_@
How do you learn to forget?
+ I try to forget by keeping myself busy. Of course whatever those are will always cross my mind. Time will always heal wounds/bad memories. :/
Why do you answer surveys?
+ It’s fun. It gives me something to talk about.
Do you always regret?
+ Nope. I try not to regret the things I’ve done because, mistakes or not, I’ve learned from them and (probably) helped me grow to what I am now. Why do something when you’ll just regret it later on?
Do you believe that absence makes the heart grow fonder?
+ Not really
Do you believe that you have a guardian angel?
+ Hmm, yeah…
What will you do if you’re stuck in the elevator with someone you don’t like?
+ Nothing ^_^;;;
Would you ever want to go back in the past?
+ No, because I’m happier now than before.
Do you really wanna please everybody?
+ Of course even though that’s impossible.
Right now, where do you wanna be?
+ On my bed playing WEWY. *rofl*
What made you smile today?
+ Spent the day my boyfriend. He helped us out sort our junk. XD
Is looking good important?
+ I think it is. ^_^
Do you listen to love songs when you’re down?
+ The love songs I listen to are mostly by The Smashing Pumpkins. Haha~
What are you thankful for?
+ My family, Mac, and the things I have now.
Do you believe in forever?
+ Not really
What are your plans for the weekend?
+ Probably go to a garage sale then have a garage sale on Sunday morning. XD
Do you say sorry first?
+ When I know I’m really wrong.
Do you believe that married couples should still go out on a date?
+ YES. O_O
Has someone promised you something and broke it?
+ It happened a lot of times already that’s why I HATE PROMISES.
Do you want to go out of the country?
+ Yeah
Does the rain make you gloomy?
+ It makes me happy. XD
For now, what is the one thing that you want so bad?
+ A Golden Half *lol*
Wishing you were with?
+ Mac
What advice can you give to someone?
+ Expect the unexpected. Not all things will go the way you want it to be. If you want something bad, then give effort for it to happen. Don’t give a lot of excuses. You only get to live once. You won’t be forever young, so enjoy and do what you can. Live today as if it were your last.

Daily, Games, Movies, Plugs: Pretty much about last week + plugs (including dA) (Comments Off)
Woo-hoo! Congrats, Lomomanila!
Much has happened last week that it felt like 2 weeks passed. Two Sundays ago (May 18, right?), my boyfriend and I watched Iron Man. ♥ Seeing Robert Downey Jr. gave me an orgasm. *roflmao* J/k! Seriously though, not only is he an eye-candy, the movie is overall great. I can watch it a lot of times and never get tired of it. *sighs* RDJ is ♥. *_* Gwyneth is also something in the movie. I can’t run on high stilettos.
The following day, Mac and I were supposed to go to Harrison Plaza to look for a flash cartridge for my DS Lite. Hmm, seems I haven’t given my toy a name. O_o Anyway, all the shops there were selling it about a thousand Pesos more than the stalls Goldcrest. So, in spite of the traffic, we went to Goldcrest and got me a discounted DSTT. XDDD It can read micro SD cards of more than 4GB, so I’m happy with it. ^_^ Then I went to CD-R King to buy a Kingston micro SD card with MS PRO DUO adapter. It’s a bit more expensive than with the micro SD’s usual adapter, but I want to try with my PSP. Cheaper alternative plus Sony mem-sticks seem to easily defunct. :/ Hopefully it works. XD I haven’t done much with the DSTT yet except put some games. Now I have my DS Lite almost all the time with me.
When I was still canvassing for n5 and DSTT some time ago, I came across a shop with a saleslady offering the DSTT for only PhP200. O_O Here’s how our conversation went:
Me: Excuse me. How much is the DSTT?
Saleslady: Uhhh… *gets said item* It’s PhP250, but I’ll give it to you at PhP200. Bilhin niyo na po para may benta na kami. (She’s telling me to buy the item already since they haven’t sold anything yet for the day. It was already 7PM then.)
Me: Huh??? *surprised* Talagang PhP200 lang? (English: It’s really ony Php200?)
I checked the box and saw the tag price — PhP2500. How can she miss the last 0? O_o Mac was giving me the look to buy it. But I would really feel bad if I did just because of the saleslady’s stupidity. Then I went to the other part of the store and left Mac to deal with the saleslady. I heard Mac say he would get 2. Then another saleslady went to them and asked the other how much she priced the DSTT. The other tells her offer then she got scolded. This saleslady then tells Mac it’s PhP2500 and not PhP200 nor PhP250. *lol*

Those pictures were taken after the Makati City Grand Parade last May 9. My boyfriend and I arrived late because we didn’t know where exactly the parade will start nor where the stage is. We kept arguing almost the whole afternoon too. ~_~ I was very tired (that was the time where we didn’t have any helpers at home) and he barely cared even if I already started having foot cramps. Ugh~ XP Oh well, I’m glad I was able to take good picture with my ol’ 4MP digicam. *lol* I also used my Holga, but only took 2-3 shots with it. Mac used my PhP50 Vivitar IC100. I hope a few will come out.
Then Saturday I went to the hospital for a complete fasting blood test, ECG, and urine test. Makati Med seems very disorganized now. I don’t remember having to fall in line along the corridor while waiting for the retraction. The prices have gone insanely up either. -_- I’ll be getting the results in all tests later. I could have gotten them last Tuesday, but I got my hands full lately.
Pluggings (with some sites I unsubscribed from my Google Reader :|):
Catwalk Queen — because I had a slight interest with fashion + entertainment @_@;
Pursebuzz.com — mostly makeup reviews and info on where to get cosmetics on sale XD
YouTomb — tracks videos removed from YouTube
I wonder when my Google Reader subscriptions will become less than 10. *lol*

First Kiss
Last Love — starring Itoh Misaki & Tamura Masakazu
Liar Game
Yaoi and Shounen-ai manga:

I hope someone would trade with me. I already have so much in my download list + this would be a chance for those who want to expand their collection (I have so many series, dramas, and scanlations just waiting to be shared *lol*). XD Please don’t suggest that I look for them in MCS or Quiapo. I don’t dig pDVDs except for American/European TV series. I prefer them in any PC format except rm, wmv, or asf. Oh, HQ too. ^_^ Please, please, please? :DDD

Belated HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! to Toki and Phoebe.
I’m up early today because I have to get my alumni ID and my diploma. Yeah, I didn’t get it yet. I can’t find the receipt for it. I don’t remember if the lady at the school’s “customer service” gave it back to me when I claimed my transcript for the board exam. -_- Let’s hope I don’t have problems when I try to claim it. *crosses fingers*
Gotta eat breakfast before I leave.

Daily: OMFG (1 Comment)
I was having problems with my PC earlier — couldn’t drag and drop files and couldn’t move icon on desktop. I thought it was caused by Adobe PS which I used early yesterday morning. An error occurred, forcing me to restart the program. Then whenever I moved a text layer on an image, it keeps going back to its original position. I didn’t restart my computer until I got home to test my newly bought DSTT (YAY!). That’s when I realized I couldn’t drag and drop files to the micro SD. I tweaked the registry a bit, restarted the computer a number of times, and did a cold boot. Nothing worked! >_< I was getting pissed off and worried because I didn’t want to reformat my computer yet. Then I came across this blog. He had a similar problem. Read here what caused it and the solution. Goodness! I can’t believe it’s just THAT.

Daily: Wanted to go out… (1 Comment)
… And buy an EDGE cartridge for my DS Lite (or n5… Or whatever’s available, cheapest, and with good features). But I woke up late. My Mom and I had to organize all the stuff we left at the dining area. ^_^V It was getting annoying seeing all that stuff there blocking the way.
Time to blog about my Iloilo trip/Dinagyang Festival experience! Shiet, this is damn long overdue. I forget and I’m lazy. Sorry. XD
Yearbook shots were scheduled to be taken the morning before our flight. So I went to school first. I was so much in a hurry. I’m pretty sure my shots turn out bad and probably Photoshop wouldn’t do much. XP Flight was around 2:30PM. I hanged out for a bit in the PAL Lounge. Ate a lot of sushi, took some drinks, and rushed off to the plane. XD I wore my sunglasses the whole time because I was afraid I looked like I was punched on both eyes with the thick make-up I was wearing. I didn’t get to wash it off because we had to hurry to the airport. I only got to remove my make-up after 2 hours trying to look for a decent and not-so-expensive hotel. My Dad had a reservation in some hotel, but I think whoever managed the reservations didn’t do a good job. They said his name wasn’t on the list. GRR~ It was tiring walking and having my huge bag. I felt uneasy with the make-up too. -_-
We ended up in an expensive hotel. We had no choice because even motels were full. ^_^V That night, before the dance contest, my Dad, me, and 2 of our hosts from the Mayor’s office accompanied us to dinner at a resto in a place I forgot. *lol* That place reminded me of Baywalk. Anyone from Iloilo might know what I’m talking about. There was a fireworks contest that night. It started at 8PM and lasted until 12MN. The first ones were alright. Nothing extravagant. But later on, the fireworks amazed me. They were all pretty. I recall that the grand price is something around PhP100,000 or more. Seeing the fireworks, I bet they all spent more than that.

Where we had dinner and watched the fireworks; that’s me in the middle picture drinking Cerveza Negra
