Daily: Love cats? Read this (1 Comment)
This news is a bit old, but I suggest you read it in case you haven’t heard about it. To give you an idea what is it about before clicking on the link:
Thousands of pet cats in Beijing are being abandoned by their owners and sent to die in secretive government pounds as China mounts an aggressive drive to clean up the capital in preparation for the Olympic Games.
Some people have already mentioned of boycotting the Olympic games due to this. Man, those poor cats. Couldn’t they do something better than what they’re doing now about controlling the diseases that they say the cats are spreading?
I’m not too much fond of cats, but I like animals and they’re not supposed to be treated cruelly.
