Games, Plugs: FreeRice (0 Comments)


In FreeRice, you got to find the meaning of the word given. For every right answer you get, they will donate 10 grains of rice through United Nations. I found this link through one of hanazuke’s posts. ^_^ You should try it out. It’s fun actually, but a bit frustrating because when you get a wrong answer, a point from your vocabulary level will be deducted. ^_^V Aside from the fun factor, you also get to help the hungry. So yeah, go and play! XD

Daily, Games, Plugs, Site Related: For three, do we let go on ‘th’ or ‘ree’? (2 Comments)


Gintoki says the funniest thing evarrr! *lol* I should finish at least half of a chapter in our paper I’m working on before I watch episodes 38-39 of Gintama. :D I definitely need something to relieve my stress.

Before I go on with my probably long-ass entry, I would like to plug — Blog ni Inday. I didn’t expect I’d read about Inday on the internet other than in text messages. *roflmao* Of course, a popularity of even a fictitious character who provides laughter for the Filipinos gets noticed by the local paper which they shouldn’t even have written about. ~_~

I’m having a hard time thinking of how I should go about this entry. I feel dizzy from playing too much of Need For Speed_ Underground Rivals. @_@ Anyway, I feel like a lot happened even though I mostly stayed at home and worked on my paper. I play Innocent Life, Bomberman, or NFS: Underground Rivals on my break time though. You know you can’t write anything good if you intend to work nonstop. ^_^V Like now, I can’t get past 5 sentences on this freaking chapter. Writer’s block on a paper!? DAMMIT.

Daily: Why do you blog? (4 Comments)


I tend to ask this question when I see/read bloggers who would say they’d quit blogging because of various reasons like school or work. I blog because I want to keep track of the things I’ve done, said, experienced, seen, etc. I sometimes read my old entries even. I sometimes tend to write for sake of getting comments even though I am not entirely bothered with it. I guess it’s because it makes me think I’m boring. Comments make me feel loved. It gives me the drive to write even when there’s nothing really important going on. ^_^V I would appreciate a little hi, hello, or how are you once in a while. Haha~ I know most of you can’t even relate, speechless, or too lazy to comment.

Online buddies, real-life friends, relatives, or family sometimes check our blog to keep themselves updated with us. Actress bloggers rarely get the chance to blog due to work, but they never said about quitting. Fans would wait until they blog. Is typing a sentence or two too hard to squeeze in your time or what? O_o I have noticed people who have stopped blogging. It makes me wonder where they have gone to or if they’re still alive. I try to check every now and then the blogs of my online and real-life friends. Seriously, some have just disappeared or some just forgot about me. They have moved on somewhere without letting me know. I guess that’s the limit of our ‘relationship.’ But I think that’s a different matter.

Some bloggers blog for the sake of other people. To entertain them, provide them pictures, music, videos, news, political information, religious information, fictional stories, etc. Some are for the money. Hmm… Tell me, why do you blog?

I should really try to control my temper. I also feel I haven’t said anything nice about other people recently. ~_~ I sometimes can’t help it when those people unknowinglypush my temper. GRR~ I’m being nice to them. I know that because I let things go their way. I even have to make little sacrifices. Then it comes to the point they’re abusing my kindness and my generosity. When I talk to them about it, they’re either ignorant or selfish about it which makes me feel stupid in the end. Also, there are 2 people who I’ve been trying to make a good relationship with because we’re in “one group.” We make and have plans together. If we act like strangers then there will always be tension among us. I am trying to make things work, but these people just won’t cooperate. They’re like being distant. They probably think they’re too cool to become friends. We’re not a group joined together by AUDITIONS dammit. We’re not doing “this” for the music industry. Get that through your head! XP

Oh gawd, I said I’d make this blog less depressing and I still went on with the drama/rant. I really hope things get better and happier. This BS research is the root of all sadness, depression, stress, and anger I am feeling right now.

Daily, K. Wasabi, Plugs: Thank goodness for research (0 Comments)


For once I am thankful that I have this research. Why? I might have been at Glorietta. I could have been a victim. -_- If you aren’t aware of what happened because you never bother to watch/read the news, then here’s what happeend — Glorietta 2’s destroyed due to a bomb. 9 People were killed and more than 100 were injured. It happened on a Friday. It’s the last day of the week and there would be more people there than on a usual weekday.

I’m glad I had to stay home and do our research. I asked Mac to come over, be my moral support, and help me get the maps I have to include in the paper. Thank goodness really. Mac and I frequently hang out in Glorietta. Although not in Glorietta 2, we always pass there if we have to go the terminal or to the CD-R King branch that’s just steps away from the Glorietta 2 entrance. I also remember that we were supposedly to have a gig in the new bar there (Rock Candy?). We were supposed to rush practice and stuff, but it’s hard to organize the members who weren’t replying (they could have been lazy or just didn’t want to bother, but… Maawa naman sila sa nagtyatyaga. PUTIK NA YAN. Ahem, anyway, that’s a different topic.).

I saw a video on GMANews.tv’s site. A man was still inside Glorietta. He rushed to Glorietta 2. You could see the white smoke coming from there.
