It’s so weird. I’m happy that our gig is cancelled. I’m so tired. The pressure and everything is probably building up. I cancelled a lot of meet-ups for practices, contacting people here and there for sessionists, and I could hardly concentrate on an assignment that is due today.

I can’t even keep myself up whenever I wake up by 9AM.

Anyway, K. Wasabi has agreed on practicing 2x a week. We’ll play everything we want and can, so we could audition for regular gigs.

We haven’t planned this before because we always had problems with vocalists. It is actually not the right time to plan this because we don’t have a keyboardist.
Wala nang ginawa si Jozen kundi lumabas. We’re just pushing through because we know we can do it.

Besides, while we practice, we’ll look for the needed keyboardist and percussionist. There were some interested sax players. A teenage guy and girl. Both were just all-talk, so I didn’t bother with them anymore.
Have you heard of Baby I Love Your Way punk version?

We suddenly played it that way last night. After the adlib, we switched back to the reggae version. We got tired from playing it real hard then my brother’s drum sticks broke.

We only noticed then how long the song is even when it’s already punk and fast-paced. ^^v
